Open Day

Sold this one at Miniatura on Saturday before I managed to get a picture on here:


It's open day at the railway club. Once they bought the land they couldn't afford to build a clubhouse so got a secondhand container. This has layouts inside it.
At the gate a youth has a box in his hand and the guard is waiting till the track is clear for him to try out his loco on the indoor layouts.
A couple of ladies are bored waiting for their men so sit on the bench, one brushing her hair and the other sewing.
Dad is videoing a son who has managed to climb onto a tree stump. A little girl is trying to escape her mother to climb onto the train.
Lots of other details too.

Going by the size of the plug in front, it must be really tiny.

Its 7 inches x 5 inches and 1/900 which makes it HO in 12th scale, and therefore the garden railway a 5 inch gauge sit and ride railway if that makes sense.
