It's 12th scale. I cut a fireplace in half and used half table to make it look bigger with the mirrors in the back. The front doesn't come off and the back will be screwed on eventually so it can only be viewed through the windows and door. Trouble with the mirror back is you see your own eye peeping out Laughing

Six inches wide Shocked And it's still 12th scale? Or is it 24th?

Looks great what you've done.

default Year Club challenge

Post by Miniartworks on Sat Nov 08, 2008 3:19 am

We all got a dolls house front with no doors or windows - only 6" wide and were asked to decorate for a Victorian style street but could be any date from then.

I'm making it into a Wedding shop

I've bricked and tiled it and put the windows and door in. I've mirrored the back wall upstairs to give the illusion of a full room.

The shop window shows a cheap doll dressed by me, a hat I've made and bouquet of flowers I made.
